Rosalina Nababan

Rosalina Nababan currently serves as a HC Recruitment Administrator Outsource at FIFGROUP since November 2024. Prior to this role, Rosalina worked as a Human Resources Staff at SICEPAT EKSPRES INDONESIA from January 2021 to September 2024, managing attendance data for 4,000 employees daily, processing promotions, transfers, resignations, payroll support, and employee absences, among other HR responsibilities.
