Ginanjar is an experienced engineer with a strong background in civil and structural engineering, currently serving as a Field Structural Engineer at Freeport Indonesia since June 2020, responsible for reporting to the Superintendent and compiling structural assessments for various infrastructure projects. Previously, Ginanjar held positions such as Chief Engineer at Penta-Ocean Construction Company Limited, where oversight of terminal port development included planning, monitoring site progress, and coordinating with subcontractors. Additional experience includes roles as Site Engineer at PT Arkora Indonesia, Civil Inspector at Royal HaskoningDHV, Assistant Civil Engineer at PT. Kwarsa Hexagon, and Jr. Civil Marine Engineer at Atlas Primarco. Ginanjar holds a Master of Science in Ocean Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Nasional (ITENAS).
