Grace Ngangie

Grace Ngangie possesses extensive experience in human resources, particularly in benefits administration and recruitment. Currently serving as Superintendent of Benefit, Leave & Travel at Freeport Indonesia since April 2023, Grace previously worked for PT Freeport Indonesia from April 2006 to May 2023, holding the roles of Senior Officer Benefits and Senior Officer Recruitment. Key responsibilities included managing comprehensive benefits processes and leading recruitment efforts that supported large-scale staffing for underground mining operations. Grace holds a Master of Business degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor in Economics with a focus on International Business Administration from Sam Ratulangi University. Additionally, Grace is currently pursuing further education through Harvard Business School Online.
