Rusty Phadila

Rusty Phadila is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning various roles in operations and public relations. Currently serving as an Underground Mine Production member at Freeport Indonesia since January 2021, Rusty previously worked as an Operations Coordinator at KidZania, where leadership and supervision of Zupervisors were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes serving as a Retail Store Manager at PT Pharos Indonesia, focusing on sales targets and market trends, and as a Marketing Public Relations Executive at City Guide 91.1 FM, where campaign planning and media liaison were central duties. Rusty also completed a Public Relations internship with the Pemerintah Kota Malang, providing essential information and services to the public. Educationally, Rusty holds an A.Md.Kom in Public Relations/Image Management from the University of Brawijaya.
