Mirzan Ghorib

Mirzan Ghorib has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Mirzan is currently working at Good Doctor Technology as the VP HRGA since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Gojek from 2016 to 2022, where they held multiple roles including Global People Analytics - Lead, Global People Business Partner, Head of People Acquisition, and Business Intelligence Intern. Mirzan also worked at PT Astra International Tbk - Corporate Head Office from 2013 to 2016 as a Corporate Human Capital Analyst - Recruitment & Assessment Center Division. Mirzan Ghorib started their career at BRecruit Indonesia and Bó Lè Associates in 2012, where they served as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Executive, and CCC. Mirzan also worked at McAdventura Sdn. Bhd. as a Web Developer and Programmer in 2011.

Mirzan Ghorib completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from Multimedia University, from 2006 to 2011. Prior to that, they participated in the Advanced English Program at Multimedia University in 2005 and 2006. Mirzan also attended High School at Muhammadiyah 2 Surabaya from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their education, they obtained certifications such as the Astra Basic Management Program from PT Astra International Tbk in 2015, the Human Resources Officer Development Program from the same institution in 2014, and Competency Analysis and Targeted Selection certifications from Development Dimensions International, also in 2014.
