Nugrah Wibawa has work experience in various companies. nugrah started their career in 2011 as a Logistics Officer at PT. XL Axiata Tbk and worked there until 2015. In 2016, they joined Halodoc ID as a Contact Doctor Staff and stayed with the company until 2019. Starting from 2019, they became a Sr. Customer Excellence Lead at Good Doctor Technology Indonesia, where they took on responsibilities such as monitoring daily vendor KPIs and compiling findings for performance evaluation.
Nugrah Wibawa attended Universitas Pamulang from 2011 to 2016 where they completed their Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
