Arif Reza

Arif Reza's work experience includes being the Head of Solutions at PT Halik Selindo Alpha since 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at Invision Astrindo Pratama. PT from 2010 to 2021, including VP of Operations, VP Sales & Solutions, and CTO Assistant. Before that, they worked at PT Halik Selindo Alpha as a Senior Manager Application Development and Senior Software Developer from 2003 to 2010. Arif also has experience as a Project Support Officer at PT ANTAM Tbk in 2002, a Junior Consultant at Mincom Indoservices in 2002, and an Associate Business Technologist at Jati Piranti Solusindo, PT from 2001 to 2002.

Arif Reza obtained a Master's degree in Magister Telekomunikasi (MT) from Universitas Gunadarma, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at the same university from 1996 to 2000. Arif Reza also holds a High School Diploma with a focus on science (IPA) from SMA Negeri 34 Jakarta, which they received in 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Arif Reza has obtained several certifications. Arif became a NICE FluenCX Sales Certified and a NICE FluenCX Technical Presales Certified from NICE in September 2023. In June 2023, they achieved the Zoom Contact Center Technical Sales (ZTSA) certification from Zoom. Furthermore, they obtained the Avaya OneCloud™ CCaaS Public Omnichannel Design Proficient certification from Avaya in February 2022 and the Avaya OneCloud™ CCaaS Sales Specialized certification in September 2021. Arif Reza also holds the Cloud Certified Partner certification from Genesys, which they obtained in August 2021. Prior to this, in June 2021, they achieved the NICE Certified Automation Studio Associate certification from NICE Ltd. Arif Reza's earlier certifications include Avaya DevConnect achieved in September 2013 and Avaya Certified Specialist (ACS) obtained in February 2008 from Avaya.
