Adv Yudha Andriko, S.H, CIRP, CHRM, serves as the Human Capital & Legal Manager at PT Hasnur Jaya Utama since October 2022, focusing on legal document creation and review in compliance with applicable regulations. Previously, Adv Yudha held the role of Head of Legal Department at MidPlaza Holding, also responsible for legal documentation. Experience includes serving as HR & Legal Manager at PT. PHML, and Head of Department HRGA at Best Agro International, where recruitment and selection were key responsibilities. Early career began as a Human Resources Staff at PT. NGE, handling BPJS Jamsostek administration. Adv Yudha earned a degree in law from Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara and is currently pursuing legal advocacy credentials at Pengadilan Tinggi Medan.
