Shabrina Azza

Shabrina Azza is a professional with experience in various industries such as building materials retail, maritime, and cement. Shabrina has been involved in recruitment, on-boarding, training administration, event coordination, and project leadership. With a background in psychology, Shabrina has also served as an assistant lecturer at Universitas Ciputra Surabaya. Their roles have included media analysis, consumer behavior observation, and employee performance management. Currently, Shabrina is working as a People Development Staff at PT Indoprima Gemilang, where Shabrina is involved in talent acquisition, on-boarding, and collaboration with campus initiatives.
