Windra Herintyoko

Windra Herintyoko has extensive experience in human resources and industrial relations, currently serving as Assistant Manager of Industrial Relations and General Affairs at PT Indoprima Gemilang since July 2019. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at Surya Jawara Eco from April 2017 to June 2019, where responsibilities included the fulfillment of the Man Power Plan. Windra has also held positions at PT Agro Maju Raya, overseeing banking relations and asset management for multiple subsidiaries, and at PT Astra Agro Lestari, Tbk, where duties involved managing attendance as Assistant Manager of HRGA. Windra holds a Public Administration degree from the University of Brawijaya.
