Agung Kriswantoro

Agung Kriswantoro is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in radio frequency optimization and network management. Currently serving as a Senior RNO for the 3G Shutdown Telkomsel Project at PT Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia since March 2022, Agung is responsible for capacity offloading and implementing 4G technologies. Previously held positions include Assistant Manager at Huawei, where Agung managed KPIs and traffic payload across multiple regions, and various roles focusing on network performance optimization for 2G, 3G, and 4G networks. With a degree in Mathematic Science from Universitas Jember, Agung has consistently demonstrated expertise in strategic optimization, feature trials, and quality improvement throughout a career spanning over a decade in the telecommunications sector.
