Doni Nugroho is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, business management, and human capital development. Currently serving as the Head of Operation Region Surabaya at PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia since September 2014, Doni has held various leadership roles including Head of Business Kanwil 1 Medan and Guarantee Risk Manager. Previously, experience includes working as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at PT. Penta Dharma Karsa and Executive Associate at PT Kreativitas Tanpa Batas, focusing on human capital development. Prior roles at PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk. encompassed Training Specialist Manager and Internal Auditor Manager. Doni holds a Sarjana Ekonomi degree from Universitas Airlangga, a Magister Management in Banking Management, and a CHRP certification in Human Resources Management.
