Fransisca Octavia has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Fransisca started their career as a Marketing Specialist at Warung Talaga, where they were responsible for in-house promotions and increasing sales. Fransisca then worked as a Finance-Account Payable at Mitra Sukses Kelola Property, managing company debt payments and generating reports. Fransisca later served as a Marketing Communications Manager at Soulofjakarta.com, where they organized events, selected website articles, and collaborated with media partners. Fransisca then joined Garuda Organizer Event Organizer as a Marketing Sponsorship, handling various sponsorships for events and managing media relations. Following this, they worked as a Communication Team member for the Nusantara Virtual Band Competition at CK Helmer Group, where they secured sponsors, media partners, and influencers for the competition. Fransisca also worked as a team member on the Indonesiana platform, providing communication and collaboration expertise for festivals at the Directorate of Culture, Ministry of Education, Research, Culture, and Technology. Currently, they are the Marketing Communications Section Head at PT JBA Indonesia. Additionally, Fransisca co-founded Kulturku Indonesia, focusing on promoting culture through social media and educational activities.
