Michael Philipus

Michael Philipus has a diverse work experience history. Michael started in 2016 as a Marketing Planner Supervisor at PT. Multi Wahana Kencana, where they worked until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Contact Center Analyst & QA at ASSA Rent (PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk). In 2019, they joined PT TOYOTA ASTRA FINANCIAL SERVICES as a Full Service Lease Analyst. Currently, they are working at PT JBA Indonesia, starting as a Customer Care Section Head in 2020 and later advancing to the role of Customer Care Function Head in July 2023.

Michael Philipus attended SMAK 1 BPK PENABUR Bandung from 2009 to 2012, where they studied IPS. Later, they enrolled at Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) from 2012 to 2016 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General.
