Wim Timmermans

Wim Timmermans has extensive experience in finance and corporate governance, currently serving on the Board Audit Committees of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk and PT Link Net Tbk since 2023. Timmermans has held prominent roles, including Chairman of the Board Audit Committee and Independent Non-Executive Director at Dialog Axiata PLC since 2017. Previous positions include Board Audit Committee member at PT. Lippo Karawaci, Tbk, Non-Executive Director at Frontier Tower Associates and Celcom Axiata Berhad, and various executive roles at PT. XL Axiata Tbk and Telkomsel. Timmermans holds a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Groningen and has also completed an education at Harvard University.
