Resti Vetrilyana

Resti Vetrilyana has significant experience in recruitment and has held various positions in this field. Resti is the current Recruitment Section Head at PT. Mega Central Finance since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Recruitment Assistant Manager at PT. Lingga Hamparan Krida from May 2019 to May 2021, where they were responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for managerial positions. Resti also built relationships with potential sources for recruitment. Before that, Resti worked as a Recruitment Specialist at MNC Leasing from February 2018 to May 2019. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Recruitment & Selection Officer at Gramedia from May 2013 to February 2018 and was a Recruitment Officer at PT Metro Batavia from November 2010 to January 2013.

Resti Vetrilyana completed their Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, specializing in Psychology, at Universitas Tarumanagara from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Persada Indonesia 'YAI' from 2006 to 2010. Resti'shigh school education was pursued at SMAN 31 from 2003 to 2006, where they focused on the Social Sciences.
