Andi Luki Zarkasi

Andi Luki Zarkasi has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. In 2019, they worked as a CS Network Area Head at PT Mitra Pinasthika Mulia (MPM Distributor), where they were responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction levels. Andi also managed CRM processes and leads management systems. Prior to this, in 2019, they worked as a Bancassurance Officer at Panin Dai-ichi Life, where they built and maintained relationships with bank staff and policyholders. Andi also has experience as a Research Assistant at Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Universitas Brawijaya and as an Enumerator at Populi Center and Lingkaran Survei Indonesia. In 2017, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Research Center of Conflict and Policy (RCCP), and in 2016, they completed a student internship at a government tourism office.

Andi Luki Zarkasi attended the University of Brawijaya from 2013 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administrasi dan Manajemen Bisnis (Business Administration and Management). Andi also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General during the same period of time at the same institution.
