Happy Oriza Pahan has over two decades of experience in customer service and sales within the automotive rental and transportation sectors. Currently serving as Customer Care Manager at PT. Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Rent since September 2013, Happy has previously held the position of Sales Manager at PT. Serasi Autoraya. With a solid background in corporate sales and public relations within the same company from 2001 to 2013, Happy also contributed to the public relations efforts for Asperkindo, the Association of Indonesian Vehicle Rental Companies. Earlier roles include various positions in customer care at Telkomsel from 1999 to 2001. Happy holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Surabaya, earned in 1997.
