Hendra Tham

Hendra Tham has a diverse work experience in audit and management roles. Starting as an Auditor at PT. Guardian Pharmatama in 2008, they then moved to PT. SOS Indonesia before joining MPM Group as an Internal Audit Supervisor. Hendra has been with MPM Rent since 2016, holding various positions such as Project Analyst, Head of Asset Management, and currently serves as the Head of Operation Performance Management.

Hendra Tham earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computerized Accounting from BINUS University in 2006. In 2023, they obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in Accounting Foundations, Finance Foundations, Strategic Thinking, Lean Six Sigma Foundations, Operational Excellence Foundations, and How to Be More Strategic in Six Steps.
