Tantu Agung has extensive experience in the aviation and rental industries, with a strong focus on strategy, business innovation, revenue management, and quality assurance. TANTU held various leadership positions at companies such as AirAsia and PT. Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Rent (MPM Rent), where they served as Vice President of Strategy and Business Innovation, General Manager, and Head of Corporate Quality & Assurance. TANTU'sroles involved overseeing diverse functions and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

TANTU AGUNG obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economy, Management, and Air Transport Management from Universitas Trisakti in 2005. TANTU then went on to earn a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from BINUS University in 2014. In 2016, TANTU AGUNG obtained certifications as an Internal Auditor from ISO and as an IATA Internal Auditor from the International Air Transport Association.
