Berry Rahim is a seasoned professional in service and incident management with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Service Management Specialist at PT. Mitra Solusi Telematika since June 2021, Berry previously held roles at IBM as the Incident and Problem Management Lead from June 2019 to May 2021, and at Telkomsel from February 2013 to June 2019, where responsibilities included Change and Problem Management for Transport and IP Backbone, as well as Network Incident Management.
