Mahendra Rusman

Mahendra Rusman is an experienced mining professional with a background in mine ventilation design and underground production management. Currently holding the position of UG Project and Ventilation Superintendent at PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals since October 2014, Mahendra is responsible for mine ventilation planning and project evaluation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations while managing project budgets. Previous roles include UG Production Assistant Superintendent and Senior Engineer Ventilation, where Mahendra oversaw daily production activities, conducted safety inspections, and provided mentorship to junior staff. Additionally, Mahendra has freelance experience in ventilation system design for the UG Toka Archi Group and held positions at PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya and PT Studio Mineral Batubara, contributing to geotechnical projects and conducting rock mechanics tests. Mahendra holds a degree in Mining Engineering from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta.
