Arif Hidayat

Arif Hidayat has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Arif began their career as a Marketing Executive at ISUKOSHI HEALTHCARE in 2006 and later worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator at PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama. In 2011, they joined PT Riung Mitra Lestari and held the roles of Production Group Lead and Senior Instructor. From 2017 to 2022, they served as a Senior Training Specialist at PT Saptaindra Sejati (Adaro Energy). In 2022, they briefly worked as a Trainer Public Speaking at KITA Center before taking on the role of Training Specialist at PT SOLUSI INSPIRASI MANDHIRI. Arif then moved on to become the Head of Section Learning Center at Ansaf Inti Resources. Currently, Arif is the Co-Founder of PT AVI Consulting Indonesia. In 2023, they will assume the position of Head of Department Training Center at PT. Petronesia Benimel (Hutama Karya Group).

Arif Hidayat completed their Bachelor of Public Administration (S.A.P) degree at STIA Tabalong Kalimantan Selatan from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended Universitas Islam Kalimantan MAAB from 2013 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Law. In terms of additional certifications, Arif obtained several qualifications including Certified Master Trainer BNSP (KKNI Level 6) from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) in June 2023, Certified TOT BNSP KKNI level 4 from BNSP in April 2023, Certified National Occupation Operation of Heavy Equipment Dump Truck from LSP ABI in February 2023, Certified POM from BNSP in February 2023, Certified TOT BNSP KKNI Level 3 from BNSP in May 2022, Certified POP from PPSDM Geominerba in May 2019, Defensive Driving Training from PT Adaro Indonesia in December 2017, Operator K3 Keran Kelas 3 from Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia in October 2012, and Heavy Equipment Operator from PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama in August 2008. Arif also holds certifications in areas such as public speaking, ice breaking, novice public speaking, and SHE leadership, although the specific dates of completion for these certifications are not provided.
