Dedy Widayanto

Dedy Widayanto has extensive experience in the food technology industry, currently serving as the R&D Process Development Manager at PT Sari Husada since April 2006. In this role, Dedy manages research on dairy processing technologies, overseeing pilot plant activities and facilitating the development and optimization of new products and processes. Previous positions include R&D Process Technologist and Product Technologist 1, where responsibilities involved coordinating plant scale trials for product innovation and adjustments for production readiness. Dedy began the career as a QA Officer at PT Gandum Mas Kencana, focusing on product quality research. Dedy holds a Bachelor's degree in Food and Agricultural Product Technology from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
