Mohammad Arie Prasetyo has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies. Mohammad Arie worked as the Head of Business Effectiveness at PT. Sigma Cipta Caraka (Telkomsigma), where they were responsible for orchestrating the Business Process & Corporate Governance team to achieve business objectives. Mohammad Arie also designed high-level business processes, created RACI Matrix, SLA, and Risk & Control Matrix based on Sarbanes Oxley, and analyzed regulations affecting the organization's processes.

Prior to that, Mohammad held the position of Head of Corporate Business Process Management at PT. Sigma Cipta Caraka (Telkomsigma) and Expert Corporate Process Management at ABM Investama. In these roles, they managed and implemented process management governance, quality management systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. Mohammad Arie also developed roadmaps and established integrated management systems and led process management for the entire ABM Group.

Earlier in their career, Mohammad worked at PT Indo Tambangraya Megah, Tbk, where they held various roles including Continuous Improvement lead, Management System & Business Process Analyst, Change Management specialist, and Project Monitoring & Controlling. In these positions, they led strategic initiative deployments, conducted business process reviews and analysis, implemented change management frameworks, and oversaw project monitoring and controlling.

Mohammad Arie Prasetyo earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - Construction Management from Diponegoro University in the years 2005 to 2011. Mohammad Arie also completed a short course in Engineering at the University of Malaya in 2008. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Certified Strategy Execution Professional in 2023, Advance Human Capital Accomplished (AHCA) Batch V in 2022, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in 2022, and others.
