Avery Foreman

Avery Foreman has a diverse work experience in the field of physical therapy. They currently hold the position of Clinic Director at PT Solutions Physical Therapy since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Center Manager at NovaCare Rehabilitation from April 2020 to April 2021. They also served as a Facility Manager at Athletico from January 2017 to February 2020.

Their earlier experience includes working as a Physical Therapist at Purdue University from January 2016 to January 2017, where they treated students and collaborated with the Purdue Rowing team. They also worked at NovaCare Rehabilitation as a Physical Therapist from November 2013 to December 2015, providing outpatient services and conducting pre-employment testing.

Before that, they gained experience as a Physical Therapy Intern at NRH OCOR from September 2012 to August 2013, providing services to adult patients in an outpatient hospital setting. They also worked as a Physical Therapy Student at Spaulding Hospital Cambridge, where they managed patients on the complex medical floor, and at the Physical Therapy Center for Clinical Education and Health Promotion, where they observed and treated young patients in an outpatient early intervention setting.

Additionally, they worked with the Care Givers of Stroke Survivors Support Group as a Physical Therapy Student from September 2011 to August 2012, conducting community health promotions. They also gained experience at Bay State Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapy Student, where they observed and treated patients with various orthopedic conditions.

Avery Foreman completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Exercise Science from the University of Delaware from 2006 to 2010. Afterwards, Avery pursued a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from MGH Institute of Health Professions from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, Avery has obtained certifications in CPR, Worksteps testing, and Workwell testing.
