Hayley Reynolds

Hayley Reynolds has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Hayley began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Maryville Academy in 2010, where they assisted in the recruitment process and handled confidential documents. Hayley then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Coordinator, where they managed personnel records and facilitated employee access to learning systems. Hayley then worked as a Human Resources Benefits Coordinator, administering various employee benefit programs and conducting benefits enrollment.

In 2012, Hayley joined McCain Foods as a Human Resources Representative, where they ensured the accurate application of organizational policies and maintained HRIS and timekeeping systems. After three years, they moved to PT Solutions Physical Therapy, starting as an HR Business Partner and eventually progressing to the roles of Senior HR Business Partner, Human Resources Manager, and Director of People and Culture. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of People Strategy and Culture at the company.

Hayley Reynolds obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University, spanning from 2005 to 2008.
