Marcus Peet

Marcus Peet has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Marcus currently works at PT Solutions Physical Therapy as the Senior Director of Information Security & Information Security Officer, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's information security strategy and operations. Prior to that, they worked at ATS Automation, Inc as the Cyber Security and Infrastructure Manager, where they managed IT infrastructure and implemented various security solutions. Marcus also worked at ATS Waypoint and Waypoint Systems as an IT Manager and IT Director/Security Project Manager, respectively. In these roles, they excelled in managing IT infrastructure and implementing various applications and solutions. Earlier in their career, Marcus served in the United States Marine Corps in various roles, including Communication Electronics Maintenance Technician, Platoon Sergeant, and Recruiter/Recruiter Manager. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated exceptional leadership, technical skills, and a focus on cybersecurity and information security.

Marcus Peet obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Networks and Cyber Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2022. Marcus also holds additional certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2022, A+ and Security + from CompTIA in 2014, and Network + from CompTIA in 2011.
