IRFAN FIRDAUS MSi, FLMI, PCS, UND, CRGP, AAK

Irfan Firdaus has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. IRFAN FIRDAUS is currently working at Sompo Insurance Indonesia as the Chief Health Officer and has been with the company since December 2015. Prior to this role, they served as the Country Head of Health Insurance at the same company starting in February 2018.

Before joining Sompo Insurance Indonesia, Irfan worked at PT Avrist Assurance from April 2013 to November 2015 as the EBD Services Senior Manager. IRFAN FIRDAUS was responsible for managing services related to employee benefits.

From September 2012 to April 2013, Irfan was a Project Manager in the Operational of Group Life & Health at PT Asuransi Aviva Indonesia. Prior to this, they held the position of Admin & Quotations Head of Group Life & Health, where they managed underwriting, quotations requests, and administration processes for group insurance.

Irfan also has experience working at AIA Indonesia, where they were the Head of Employee Benefit Policy Member Maintenance & Billing Collection from February 2011 to June 2011. IRFAN FIRDAUS was responsible for overseeing policy member maintenance and coordinating with third parties for administration and services.

Their early experience includes working at Manulife, where they held various roles from February 2001 to February 2011, including Head of Group Life & Health Policy Services & Customer Services and Business Analyst & Policy Services Manager.

Throughout their career, Irfan has gained expertise in health insurance, employee benefits, underwriting, administration processes, and customer services.

IRFAN FIRDAUS MSi, FLMI, PCS, UND, CRGP, AAK holds a Master's degree in International Business Administration from the University of Indonesia, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Operational Research from the same university from 1992 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Irfan has obtained a certification in "Finance for Non-Financial Managers" from LinkedIn in July 2022.
