Maria Fransisca

Maria Fransisca began their work experience in 2007 as a Purchasing Staff at PT. Panarub Industry, where they worked until 2011. Maria then joined Arya Noble in 2011 as the Unit Head of Buyer, responsible for handling urgent situations and making quick decisions in the Purchasing Team. In 2015, Maria became a Business Analyst Supervisor at Arya Noble, analyzing systems and providing technical support to customers. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Senior Business Process Analyst at Arya Noble, designing and redesigning business processes. Maria worked at Gramedia Digital Nusantara from 2018 to 2019, where they held multiple roles including Project Business Analyst, Project Holder, and Scrum Master. Maria is currently working as a Business Process Project Management at Sompo Insurance Indonesia since 2019.

Maria Fransisca completed their high school education at Telkom Sandhy Putra Jakarta from 1999 to 2002. Maria studied Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications during this time. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology at BINUS University from 2003 to 2007.
