Rimada Diamanta Putri

Rimada Diamanta Putri began their work experience in 2013 at PT Central Asia Financial as an HCGA Specialist, a role they held until 2016. In 2016, they joined Sompo Insurance Indonesia as an HR Payroll and Compensation Benefit professional, where they continue to work.

Rimada Diamanta Putri obtained their education from various institutions. Rimada Diamanta pursued a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Universitas Mercu Buana, from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Universitas Satya Negara Indonesia, spanning the years 2011 to 2015.

In addition to their academic degrees, Rimada Diamanta Putri also obtained two certifications. Rimada Diamanta earned the title of Certified Human Resources Professional from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia in September 2022. Furthermore, they acquired a Brevet AB certification from the University of Indonesia in December 2021.
