Lita Dwiputeri

Lita Dwiputeri is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Assistant Manager at PT Topindo Atlas Asia since July 2017, where responsibilities have included roles as Recruitment & Learning Development Supervisor and Recruitment & Training Staff. Prior experience as Junior Assessment Coordinator at ASI Asia Pacific from November 2015 to April 2017 complements a solid background in human resources. Lita holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Tarumanagara, completed between 2019 and 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, earned from 2011 to 2015.
