Mahadzir T.'s work experience is as follows:

1. Chief Financial Officer at PT VADS Indonesia (2021-present): Mahadzir is responsible for strategic and operational financial planning, monitoring, and reporting. Mahadzir contributes to the overall leadership and strategic planning of the company and ensures compliance with statutory and external requirements.

2. Assistant General Manager, Finance Specialist, Group Internal Audit at Telekom Malaysia (2004-2021): Mahadzir performed strategic analysis on the business environment and provided advisory services to management for process improvement. Mahadzir was an audit expert in financial-related audits and served as a reference for account managers and internal auditors. Mahadzir also held the role of Manager Business Planning, Compliance & Project Management, where they developed financial models and formulated business plans for various units and subsidiaries within the company. Additionally, they served as Assistant Manager MIS, Assistant Manager General Ledger & Consolidation Management, and Assistant Commercial Manager during their tenure at Telekom Malaysia.

Mahadzir T. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Multimedia University, where they studied from 1999 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia in Physical Sciences from The Malay College Kuala Kangsar (MCKK), from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Mahadzir has obtained several certifications including Qualified Risk Auditor (QRA) from the Institute of Enterprise Risk Practitioners in 2021, and Professional Certified Data Engineer Associate and Professional Certified Data Science Analyst from Fusionex International in 2019. Mahadzir is currently pursuing the Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning Fundamentals Course from IBM.
