Maria Asih R.

Maria Asih R. currently serves as the R&D Manager at PT. Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk, a position held since May 2021. Prior to this role, Maria was the Formula Development Chief at PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk from January 2012 to February 2020, where key responsibilities included monitoring and developing new formulas for New Product Development (NPD) projects, improving existing formulas, and finding replacement raw materials. Maria earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Universitas Gadjah Mada between 2007 and 2011 and has pursued further education at Cosmos Technical Center Co., Ltd. and the Technical Development Center Mandom Corporation in Japan since 2015.
