Firdha Faradilla

Firdha Faradilla has gained extensive work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Firdha started their career as a People Development Officer Intern at PT. United Tractors Tbk. in 2017. Firdha then joined PT Global Service Indonesia as a Recruitment Officer from June 2017 to September 2019. Following that, they worked at Docotel Group as a Corporate HC Recruitment from September 2019 to September 2020. Firdha then joined Tilaka.id as HC & People Operation from September 2020 to March 2021. Currently, they are working as an IT Recruiter at PT Xsis Mitra Utama, starting from September 2021.

Firdha Faradilla obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, which they attended from 2012 to 2016.
