Anastasia Irene Pamuji has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Strategic at PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Mfg since November 2014, where responsibilities include executing process improvement solutions, developing project plans, and utilizing data analysis for strategic initiatives. Previously, in the HR Global role, Anastasia engaged employees through surveys and analyzed results for reporting purposes, while also managing job descriptions and organizational structures in the HRD Planning System Development position. Earlier career experience includes roles as a telemarketer at AP Link and an administration intern at Suzuki Finance Indonesia. Anastasia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, earned between 2010 and 2014.
