Willian Balbino Dias

Willian Balbino Dias is an experienced project manager with a strong background in product engineering within the automotive sector. Currently serving as a Project Manager at PTC Group since December 2021, Willian oversees powertrain engineering activities for projects including the new Citroen C3, Peugeot 2008, and Citroen C4 Cactus, ensuring effective integration and coordination between powertrain and vehicle teams. Prior to this role, Willian worked as a Project Coordinator at Stellantis Latam, managing powertrain adaptations for the C4 Cactus and Peugeot 2008, and had a long tenure at Groupe PSA where responsibilities spanned from product coordination to engineering and new parts planning. Willian holds a postgraduate degree in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Production Engineering with a focus on Mechanics from UERJ, complemented by technical training in Metallurgy.
