Alexis Krolick

Alexis Krolick, DNP, currently serves as the Executive Director of US Medical Affairs at PTC Therapeutics, Inc., having held various senior roles within the company since October 2018, including Senior Director positions in North America and US Gene Therapy. Alexis excels in relationship development with Pediatric Neurologists, Movement Disorders specialists, and Biochemical Geneticists in the West region, delivering scientifically rigorous presentations to Key Opinion Leaders and managed care organizations. Prior experience includes coordinating neuromuscular clinics at Seattle Children's, where over 100 boys with Duchenne muscular dystrophy received evidence-based care, and working as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse at MultiCare Health System. Education includes a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Washington and ongoing studies in Biotechnology Enterprise and Entrepreneurship at The Johns Hopkins University.
