Crane J.

Crane (He) J. has extensive work experience in regulatory affairs and global regulatory strategy. Crane (He) is currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Regulatory Strategy at PTC Therapeutics, Inc. since March 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Global Regulatory Strategy in the same company from August 2020 to March 2022. Before joining PTC Therapeutics, Inc., they served as the Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs and Global Regulatory Lead at Turnstone Biologics from 2018 to 2020. Crane (He) also worked at Takeda as a Manager-Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs and Global Regulatory Lead from 2014 to 2018. Crane (He) J. gained experience in regulatory affairs as an Intern-Senior Associate at Biogen from 2010 to 2014 and as an Intern at Pittsburgh Life Sciences Greenhouse from 2009 to 2010. Crane (He) began their career as a Staff Accountant at EY from 2008 to 2009.

Crane (He) J. completed an MBA degree at The Wharton School from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained an MSc degree in Biotechnology Management with a focus on Regulatory Affairs from Carnegie Mellon University between 2009 and 2011. Crane (He) also holds a BSc degree in Biology with a minor in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, and Social Science from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where they graduated with First Class Honors in 2008. Additionally, they participated in an Exchange Program at Stony Brook University in 2007, studying Biology.
