Janis Lane

Janis Lane is currently a Sr. Director, HR Business Partner at PTC Therapeutics, Inc. since February 2019. Previously, Janis held the role of HR Business Partner at Novartis, where responsibilities included overseeing performance management and strategic workforce planning. At Brother International Corporation from 2013 to 2016, Janis served as Director of Talent Management, where new HR models and a Human Capital Management system were implemented. As Partner at HealthCare Innovations between 2011 and 2013, Janis focused on sustainable learning solutions for the pharmaceutical sector. Janis also has extensive experience with Eisai US from 2000 to 2011 in various senior HR and training roles, leading initiatives in talent management, employee relations, and training solutions. Earlier, Janis directed the Marketing Academy at Mercedes Benz USA, overseeing comprehensive learning and development. Janis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education, Health from Montclair State University.
