Kristen Cruz

Kristen Cruz, MSHR, SHRM-CP, PHR, currently serves as the Director of HR and Senior HR Business Partner for the Western Region at Corient, one of the largest integrated Registered Investment Advisors in the U.S. Previously, Kristen held the position of Director of Human Resources and Office Management at Corient Capital Partners, focusing on customized wealth management for ultra-affluent clients. Kristen has also contributed to the Professionals In Human Resources Association as Co-Chair of Social Media & Events, enhancing networking and advocacy within the HR industry. Earlier career roles include Administrative Team Leader and HR & Operations Coordinator at PAAMCO, as well as stage management positions in various prestigious theaters. Kristen holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Brandman University, an MFA in Stage Management from UC Irvine, and a BA in Technical Theatre from Vanguard University of Southern California.
