Jennifer Laughlin

Jennifer Laughlin has extensive experience in drug discovery and biological research, currently serving as the Manager of Drug Discovery Biology at PTC Therapeutics, Inc. since March 2021. Prior roles include Research Scientist at PMV Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and various positions at PTC Therapeutics, where responsibilities encompassed the development of cell-based assays for small molecule screening and high-throughput screening techniques. Jennifer has a strong skill set in mammalian cell culture, molecular biology techniques, and various assay methodologies. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a concentration in Molecular & Cell Biology, both obtained from Rutgers University and Monmouth University, respectively.
