Lauren MacDonald

Lauren MacDonald is an accomplished manager in clinical operations with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and research sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Clinical Operations at PTC Therapeutics, Inc., Lauren is responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance of clinical study-related documents and timelines. Previously, Lauren held the position of Clinical Trial Manager III at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, where duties included customizing study plans for multiple vendors. At Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Lauren progressed from Regulatory Coordinator I to II, managing protocol start-up processes and regulatory documentation, while also maintaining communication with key clinical personnel.
