Mukesh Pappoppula

Mukesh Pappoppula is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in organic chemistry and drug discovery. Currently serving as Scientist II at PTC Therapeutics, Inc., since January 2022, Mukesh previously held roles including Scientist I and Research Scientist II at Nanosyn, where significant contributions included the synthesis of complex chemical compounds and leading a team in small molecule drug discovery. A postdoctoral researcher at The University of Texas at Austin, Mukesh focused on the total synthesis of polyketide natural products. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Florida, complemented by a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Andhra University.
