Steve Roberts is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources for EMEA APAC at PTC Therapeutics, Inc. since June 2019, Steve focuses on HR business partnership and total rewards for several regions including Southern Europe, the Middle East, and Japan. Prior experience includes Director of Human Resources International at TESARO, Inc., where Steve supported organizational growth and culture initiatives across EMEA, and Senior HR Business Partner at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, leading HR efforts in European R&D and the Vaccines Business Unit. With a Master's in Business Administration from The Open University and a BA(Hons) in International Business Studies from Northumbria University, Steve brings a robust educational background to a career that spans roles at PwC, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and others, alongside interim HR management positions.
