Elena Brindusa Baltatescu

Elena Brindusa Baltatescu is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in partner operations and sales support across various regions. Currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager for EMEA & India at PTC since March 2017, Elena oversees a Partner Operations team that manages partner contracts, deal registrations, and partner programs to align with global organizational goals. Previous roles include Channel Program Manager at Lenovo, where innovative x86 programs improved partner satisfaction, and multiple positions at IBM focused on channel management, operations, and public sector advising in Central & Eastern Europe. Complementing this professional experience, Elena holds an MBA from Academia de Studii Economice din București and attended the IBM Global Sales School.
