Heather Desilets

Heather Desilets has over 17 years of experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as Principal People Operations & Enablement Manager at PTC since October 2006. Previously, Heather held positions including Chief of Staff/Special Projects to the DVP of Total Rewards & Technology, Interim Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer, and Senior HR Project Specialist at the same company. Earlier career experience includes working as an Accounting Intern at Central Ceilings, Inc. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in General Management with a Human Resources Concentration from Bridgewater State University and an Associate of Arts in Dance from Dean College.
