Olivia Dragnea

Olivia Dragnea is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Customer Success Director at PTC since October 2016, Olivia leads the Transactional Team in Europe, focusing on customer lifecycle support and team development. Previous roles include Team Manager and Group Lead in Customer Success Management at PTC, E-commerce Project Manager at Atempora Lead, Production and Quality Manager at Hefal Med, Project Manager at Spet Shipping S.A, and Project Researcher Specialist at B1 Media & Zazen Films. Olivia holds a Bachelor's degree in Romanian Language and Literature from the University of Bucharest, completed in 2006.
