Tony Parziale

Tony Parziale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success management, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success Management Worldwide at PTC since October 2021. Previously, Tony held several leadership roles at PTC, including Senior Director and Director of Customer Success Management in the Americas, and as a Strategic Success Manager. Prior experience includes directing corporate accounts and project management at EquipNet for 17 years, where Tony focused on asset management for global clients, as well as sales positions at Oracle, Sybase, Elcom, and Clean Harbors. Tony earned an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in Environmental Studies from Boston University.
