Paula Bailey

Paula Bailey, MBA, is an accomplished HR technology leader specializing in HR operations and employee experience. Currently serving as the Director of People Systems at PTC, Paula directs HR operations technology and drives employee experience outcomes through analytics and process management. Previously, Paula held key roles at notable organizations such as Citrix and DaVita Kidney Care, where they led significant HRIS projects and initiatives. Paula began their career as a Human Resources Representative at the University of Colorado Hospital and climbed the ranks through various coaching and recruitment roles, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing workforce management practices. They earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Louisville and an MBA from Regis University.
